Taiwan CAP maths: past questions with new numbers
For Taiwanese junior-high students and their parents. Each question is adapted from a real 國中教育會考 (CAP) maths question. The type and the trap are the same, but the numbers are new, so a remembered answer won't help. Questions are in Traditional Chinese, as in the exam. Free, no sign-up.
How to use it with your child
- Choose 5, 10 or all 13 questions. The same sheet number always gives the same numbers, so a class can work and check together.
- Tap Start on this device. Your child picks (A)–(D). A wrong answer shows the right option, then Next moves on.
- At the end you see the time, the score and the source of each question missed. Fix the ones you missed asks them again.
- Print sheet gives the questions on paper, with the key on page 2 and the source under every question.
Which school years it suits
Junior high, years 7–9 in Taiwan (國一~國三), aimed at year 9 students taking the CAP in May.
Why real exam questions can be used
Taiwan's Copyright Act, Article 9(1)(5), says exam questions set under law are not protected by copyright, and the CAP is one of them. So this page adapts the real questions and names the source of each one.
Only text-only multiple-choice questions are adapted; charts and figures are not copied. The original papers and keys are on the official CAP past-paper page.
Checked against the official key
Every question type is tested with the original numbers: the answer the page computes must match the official 參考答案 before the type is used.

Questions parents ask
Are these the real exam questions?
The question types and wording come from the real 2026 and 2025 CAP maths papers; the numbers are new, and each question says so. The originals are on the official past-paper page.
Does it give a CAP level?
No. The maths level depends on the written questions too, and the cut-offs change every year. This is practice only.
Why are the questions in Chinese?
The CAP is written in Traditional Chinese, and practising in the exam's own wording is the point. The buttons and help are in English.
